Government Code section 8211 specifies the maximum amount that may be charged as prescribed by law. It is my right to charge any amount within the boundaries set forth per the code and thus I provide generous discounts to Military Veterans, University and College students, and to 501 (c)(3) non profit organizations. Travel fees are applicable and are not discounted.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledgment or proof of a deed or other instrument, to include the seal and the writing of the certificate.

$45 after common business hours appointment (Any time after 5 PM and 12PM on Sundays)
Mobile Notaries are permitted by law to charge travel fees at their discretion. Note that per California Law there is no set amount that may be charged as prescribed by law.

Cancellation Fee
$50
You may cancel up to 2 hours prior to appointment time. This fee will be charged only if you cancel outside of the cancellation window, you are a no show to your appointment, you do not have an acceptable form of identification, and/or the notarization cannot be completed.

Please CALL if you anticipate being late to your appointment. Notary Jessica allows a 10 minute grace window for late arrivals.
